Fat Burners have always been a subject of debate; the decades old argument of whether it is better to take or not to. However, after all said and done, even if you tag this particular supplement as evil; in my opinion it is a necessary evil. I am not saying that it is a must for all gym goers the way supplements like whey Protein are; but if you are trying to cut down, then taking a god fat burner for a short while can definitely help speed up the progress ; without any side effects. One such fat burner that I recently used was Torch Fat Burner by Kodiak Sports Nutrition. In this article, I will provide some feedback on how I found the product to be and were the overall results fruitful.
There are two products available in the market by the name of Torch fat burner; one is by Kodiak and the other one being by Hit Supplements. I am not sure why the same name by two different companies but the one I will discuss in the article below is by Kodiak Supplements.
Torch Fat Burner Review
Torch Fat Burner claims to have the ability to boost one’s metabolism, curb appetite, and enhance mood. While I cannot really comment on the mood part, it definitely is a good product when it comes to curbing appetite. I used to take it about 20-25 minutes prior to my cardio workout and the sudden power boost was definitely very helpful; kept me going for an even longer duration than I normally would. The second dose towards mid-day helped to keep my eating under control which definitely helped in losing weight.
Let us take a look at the serving and supplement facts.
There are a total of 45 capsules in the bottle and overall, the list of ingredients that go into each of it’s 45 capsules is fairly sizeable. Majority of these however are in form of amino acids and common fat burning herbs.
Caffeine
Caffeine is pretty much a standard supplement in all weight loss products. The main propose it serves for fat loss is freeing up fat from the fat cells; and is highly effective in how it boosts the metabolism and suppresses appetite. An added advantage is that it can also boost the effects of other metabolism boosting products, such as green tea or bitter orange. Caffeine has been used athletes and non-athletes alike for a long time in order to increase alertness, endurance and longevity. For best results, you need around 250mg-300mg dosed evenly through the day for best results.
Torch Fat Burner offers about 300mg caffeine in each capsule which is quite a sizeable amount. It may lead to some jitters as well initially; so it is highly recommended that you test you tolerance before starting to use the product regularly.
Other Ingredients
Apart from a heavy dose of caffeine, each capsule has Chromium, Green Coffee, Rauwolscine and Theacrine. All these are known to have an effect to increase a person’s metabolism and help in weight loss; however generally all of them do require a bigger dose. Apart from caffeine, dose for these other ingredients seem a little low in Torch Fat Burner and it falls a bit short here.
Servings
This product comes in the form of capsules and each bottle contains 45 capsules. The recommended serving is to take one capsule each day and not to exceed more than 2 capsules per day. I used to take my first dose upon waking up, on an empty stomach, and another half an hour before the gym in the evening.
Performance
If you are someone who is really overweight or heavy; then Torch Fat Burner can really do wonders for you provided that you mix it with a good workout routine and balanced diet. If you are someone is of average built, is regular in the gym, is not overweight but just want to shed away the last few remaining ounces of fat, then you are better off looking for some other product.

The high amount of caffeine in Torch Fat Burner will do the trick of boosting your metabolism and you will start noticing the difference within a week to 10 days. Take a capsule on empty stomach early in the morning and it will suppress your diet for good. You will not feel hungry or would want to eat until noon when the effect will start to wear off. Do note that 300mg of caffeine is really a high dose so in initial days, you are bound to get jitters and face energy crashes. Work out hard, give it some time and these effects will go away after 3-4 days.
Price
It will cost you about Rs. 3000 per bottle in Indian market which does sound a little expensive. Click on the link below to review price and buy the product from Amazon India. I bought it from Amazon and product received was genuine and they delivered it the very next day even though I am not a prime customer.

Final Verdict
If you do not mind the price tag, I would say you should really try Torch Fat Burner if fat loss is on your mind. Keep in mind though that fat burners do not work if you just sit at home eating. You really need to control your diet, step into a gym and work out; or do a lot of cardio along with using the fat burner or else you are just wasting money. It is a product that will only help you get better results but it cannot provide results on its own.
Another thing I would like to add is that this product is really high on caffeine; so start with only 1 capsule each day. You may feel a tingling like feeling for initial days; but you will get used to it a few days later. Do not under any circumstance take it within 3 hours of sleeping; or it will leave you tossing and tumbling in the bed, struggling to sleep.
I hope the information above on Torch Fat Burner was helpful. If you have any further questions; or need any further details; please feel free to ask in the comments section below and I will be glad to answer.

Hi
I haven’t find the product in amazon could u help me out
It must not be in the stock anymore
This is a older post so you probably won’t see this but if you do, I’ve been taking torch for almost a year now I would complete a bottle then take a couple weeks off of it then grab a new bottle. It’s always made me feel light headed and a little nauseous to where sometimes I can’t complete my workout. I am assuming it’s because of dehydration (I drink a lot of water with it) but did this happen to you as well? Or is it because I’m a smaller person (4’10 115lbs)
