Koncept Mahindra Car Dealership Review

Koncept Mahindra is one of the largest authorized dealers of Mahindra automobiles in Delhi NCR region. They have outlets in South Delhi and in Noida I beleive and are quite well known. Last year I bought a Mahindra Thar from and this is a small review of how I have found their servives to be, both before and after sale.

Koncept Mahindra was not really my first choice, in fact I did not even consider visiting them at first. Reason behind was that I live in West Delhi and their nearest outlet is located in Lajpat Nagar which is at quite a distance from my place. I found an outlet of another chain, Sri Durga Automobiles, at merely 10 minutes away from my home so of course I went over to them first. My experience with them was seriously horrible which made me think that if this is the situation before sale, then how would their after sale service must be. I finally made my mind to ditch Sri Durga Automobiles and called Koncept Mahindra, Lajpat Nagar.

Customer Service: Their customer service is excellent. Within two hours of my call, one of their representatives was at my doorstep with a Thar asking me to take a test drive. I had already gotten my car loan approved from my yes bank during my dealings with Sri Durga Automobiles so I asked Koncept Mahindra to work with Yes bank rather than starting the loan procedure once again. They immediately agreed, spoke with Yes bank representative and took care of the paperwork themselves even though they had no dealings with Yes Bank outside of my case. Everything went through smoothly and within 2 days, they delivered my Mahindra Thar.

Transparency: The entire deal was very transparent. There were no false promises to ensure sale at all. They quoted me their best price right at the start and stick to it.

Delivery: Delivery of the car was as promised and on time. There were no complaints with the condition of the vehicle. It was well cleaned and serviced before the delivery with only a few kilometers on the odometer. They also have this small  ceremony before they deliver the car but I guess that is a routine with every car dealership.

After sales service: This is very impressive. It has been over a year now since I bought my Thar but still every now and then they keep calling me to ensure that my vehicle is running smoothly. Every time I had some trouble or Thar needed some fixing, I placed a call and their drive picked up the car from my doorstep, got whatever repair was needed done and delivered it back for no extra charge at all. Same is the case with servicing as well, car was picked and dropped at my place for no extra cost. For the small fixes part, whatever I needed was completed to my satisfaction.

In the end, I would like to say that if you want to buy a Mahindra vehicle and can work with Koncept Mahindra then you should. My overall experience as a customer has so far been extremely satisfactory. Give them a try.
