I will strongly advise against that for two reasons.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">First, immediately after the Manali Leh highway opening, the road remains very unstable. It can be closed again temporarily for maintenance; which will result in you getting stranded on the route.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second reason is the Manali to Leh road condition. It will be bad and broken in the initial days. I think it is safe to assume that it will definitely not be open before the 20th of May. So if you must travel in May, then keep your plans towards the end of the Month.<\/p>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Is Manali Leh Highway Open in October?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yes, Manali Leh Highway remains open in October. But it is safe to travel only before the 10th of the month.
