Universal Ultra Whey Pro Review\u00a0 : I recently bought Universal Ultra Whey Pro 10 lbs pack and here is my first review after using it for about 10 days now. Being very honest, the first reason why I went for Universal was the value of money that I was getting with it. Universal is one of the well known Supplement companies so quality is not really a concern when you buy their product. I have been buying Whey supplements for quite a while now but this is the first time that I bought a Universal product. The idea of trying Universal occurred to me every time I bought my supplements but always for one reason or another, I ended up buying some other brand. Now finally after buying and using Universal Whey for a few days, I can say that I am quite pleased with it.<\/p>\n

Universal Ultra Whey Pro Review<\/p><\/div>\n

Price<\/strong>: Their prices are always very reasonable. I bought the 10 lbs pack for almost Rs. 8000 whereas products of other brands of same repute were costing way more than that. BSN whey would cost over 9k for 10 lbs and ON is well over 10k.<\/p>\n

Servings<\/strong>: This is the value of money that I was talking about. A universal 10 lbs pack contains 151 servings which is way more than other well known whey supplements. For example, BSN 10 lbs would only give you 97 servings with equal amount of protein; Muscletech Phase 8 would give 108 servings with slightly more protein per serving. ON 10 lbs comes with 146 servings but their price is way too high comparatively.<\/p>\n

Nutrition<\/strong>: Each scoop of Universal Ultra whey contains 22 grams of protein which in my opinion is okay. Total fat consumed for 116 calories per serving is 1.5 grams.<\/p>\n

Taste<\/strong>: I bought the cookies and cream flavor because it was the only one available at that time. Taste is quite okay if not excellent. It feels a little weird if you mix it with water, kind of tasteless but tastes great if you mix it with skimmed milk.<\/p>\n

Mixing Ability<\/strong>: I have had no issues mixing it with both water and milk. Couple of shakes and it mixes pretty well. I did not find any lumps remaining at the bottom of the shaker even though I usually take my shaker to the gym and drink in between and immediately after workout.<\/p>\n
