Manali is definitely one of the most hot favorite tourist destinations in our country. Hundreds of thousands of people travel here each year and the number only increases the next. Like any other tourist place, best way to visit Manali as well will definitely be by your own vehicle but that is of course not an option for everyone. A lot of tourists arrive here using public transport services and use those even for sightseeing in Manali. If you too were planning a trip to Manali in near future and were thinking of doing so by public transport, then mentioned below is the schedule & timetable of Manali bus service.<\/p>\n

Private taxis too are a great option for moving around in Manali but the fare of those is enough to burn a hole in your pocket. A private taxi from Manali to Rohtang and back can cost you as mush as Rs. 15,000 in peak tourist season. Same applies for other nearby places like Manikaran Sahib as well. A bus on the other hand will cost you way less than that. I was recently in Manali and clicked the pictures below at the bus stand. I am sure these can be of help for anyone visiting Manali by Bus.<\/p>\n

Manali Bus Service Schedule & Timetable<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

All these buses start from main Manali Bus stand near Mall Road.<\/p>\n

Manali to Delhi Volvo Bus Timetable<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

A Volvo bus from Manali to Delhi starts from Manali at every hour after 2 PM till 8 PM in the evening. The first bus of the day starts at 2.15 pm, then at 3 pm, 4 pm, 4:45 pm, 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 5:50pm, 6:30 pm, 7 pm and then the last bus at 8 pm. All these buses start from main bus stand near Mall road in Manali.<\/p>\n

Delhi to Manali Volvo Bus Timetable<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

The first Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali starts at 6 pm and then there is a bus at every hour until 11:15 PM. After the first bus at 6 in the evening, the next bus is at 6:40 pm, then at 7 pm, 7:35 pm, 8 pm, 8:26 pm, 9:03 pm, 9:50 pm, 10:30 pm and then the last bus at 11:15 pm. Al these buses are from ISBT Delhi.<\/p>\n

Manali to Chandigarh Volvo Bus Timings<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

There are a total of 5 Volvo Buses between Manali and Chandigarh. The first one starts in the morning at 5:45 am, then 9 am, 10:45 am, then in the evening at 7:30 pm and last bus at 9 pm.\u00a0 All these buses are from main bus stand Manali.<\/p>\n

Chandigarh to Manali Volvo Bus Timings<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

A total of 5 Volvo buses ply from Chandigarh to Manali everyday. The first one is at 8:30 in the morning, then at 12 noon. The three remaining buses start a bit late in the evening at 4:30 pm, 8:40 pm and 10 pm.<\/p>\n

Manali to Haridwar Volvo Bus<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

There is a daily Volvo bus from Manali to Haridwar. It starts from Manali bus stand at 4:30 PM.<\/p>\n

Haridwar to Manali Volvo Bus<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

A daily Volvo bus starts from Haridwar bus stand at 6:00 pm everyday.<\/p>\n

Manali to Shimla Volvo Bus<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

There are a total of 3 Volvo buses traveling from Manali to Shimla daily. The first one starts at 6 am, then at 6:20 pm and 10:30 pm in the evening.<\/p>\n

Shimla to Manali Volvo Bus<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

A total of 3 daily Volvo buses ply on the route between Shimla to Manali. The first one starts at 8 am, then at 10:30 am and the last one at 8:20 pm.<\/p>\n

Manali To Delhi HRTC Bus Timetable<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Below is the schedule of ordinary buses running between Manali and Delhi. The buses mentioned above are all luxury AC Volvo buses but the ones mentioned in the image below are ordinary HRTC buses between Manali and Delhi. The first HRTC bus from Manali to Delhi starts at 11:45 am. It is followed by 5 more buses in the day at 1:35 pm, 2:23 pm, 3:24 pm, 3:45 pm and 4:15 PM. The last bus starts late in the night at 9:30 pm. All these buses start from main bus stand near Mall road in Manali and travel via Chandigarh.<\/p>\n

Manali to Kullu Bus Timings<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

There are a total of about 10 buses running from Manali to Kullu on a daily basis. These are all ordinary HRTC buses. The first bus starts from Manali at 6:15 AM and goes all the way to Bhuntar via Kullu. The last bus on the same route is at 7:15 PM. Manali to Bhuntar Bus Timings<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

There are a total of 2 buses daily from Manali to Bhuntar. The first one starts at 6:15 in the morning and the other one after noon at 1:12 PM.<\/p>\n

Manali to Manikaran Bus Timings<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

A daily bus from Manali to Manikaran Sahib starts from Manali bus stand at 9:05 am. This bus travels via Kullu and goes all the way till Manikaran Sahib.<\/p>\n

Manali to Bajaura by Bus<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

A daily bus plies between Manali and Bajaura. It starts from Manali bus stand at 5:10 PM.<\/p>\n

Solang Valley Bus<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Manali to Solang Valley Bus Timing<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

There are a total of 5 buses daily traveling from Manali to Solang Valley. Of these 5, three are ordinary HRTC buses while the remaining two are electric buses which are a bit more comfortable than the HRTC buses. The first bus starts at 8 AM which is the ordinary HRTC bus. It is then followed by two electric buses at 10 AM and 1:30 PM. Then there are two more ordinary buses 2:00 PM and 4:15 PM.<\/p>\n

Manali to Kothi Bus Timings<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

There are a total of 6 buses between Manali and Kothi. The first one is early in the morning at 7 AM. Then there are 4 more buses in the day at 8 AM, 12 noon, 1 PM, and 4:30 PM. The last bus is at 5:30 PM. All these are ordinary HRTC buses and start from main bus stand near Mall road in Manali.<\/p>\n

Manali to Rohtang Pass Bus Service<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

There are two kind of buses that operate on this route. One is run by Himachal Pradesh Tourist Development Corporation (HPTDC) and other by Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC). The HPTDC bus is a deluxe one started for the sole purpose of taking tourists from Manali to Rohtang and bringing them back. The HRTC bus however is an ordinary one and not just for Rohtang Pass. This bus actually runs all the way till Keylong in Lahaul Valley and locals here use it for their daily commute.<\/p>\n
