OxyElite Pro Fat Burner Review

Before I write anything here, I first must tell you that I am not a doctor, not a healthcare of fitness professional and do not have any such background. What I write here is merely my own personnal experience which may or may not work for you.

OxyElite Pro

OxyElite Pro is one of those supplements that claim to be entirely safe but the world would tell you otherwise. It is a fat burner first introduced to the market sometime in 2009 or 2010 and is made by USP Labs. It claims to be able to suppress appetite aiding weight-loss and improve mental focus. Main ingredients are rauwolscine, cirsium oligophyllum, 1,3-dimethylamylamine HCL, yohimbe bark extract, caffeine (100mg), bacopa monniera leaf and bauhinia purpurea L. extract. Manufacturer claims that is safe for both men and women to consume daily.

Recommended Dosage: Like all other supplements, OxyElite asks the consumer to first consult with their physician before using the product. Recommended use is to start by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach, 15-30 minutes before breakfast. An additional capsule may be taken 5-6 hours later. Once the above steps have been taken and tolerance has been assessed, an additional capsule may be added in the morning. Company discourages users to continue using the product any longer than 8 weeks or to exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hour span. The label on the bottle also reads that under no circumstance should these warnings be ignored.

Does OxyElite Pro work?: Now the big question, does it work and if yes, then how effectively? But before we get there, there is something that you first must know about OxyElite Pro. Some time back, there was a huge fuss over this fat burner after which major sellers like Bodybuilding.Com removed it from their shelves and still refuse to sell it. There were numerous cases of liver concerns linked to these capsules after which the company ran into legal troubles and FDA recalled this product in 2013. There were several complaints regarding the side effects of this product some of which were nausea, severe migraines, depression but the most serious one was liver failure. Believe me or not (Google it if you would like to), there were several deaths around the globe, all because of liver failures and each one of the deceased was using OxyElite.

If you searched the web, you would find mixed reviews for OxyElite, some good and some bad like for any other product. Fact is that everybody is different and what may work for one person may not for other. With that being said, I under no circumstance would recommend OxyElite to anyone at all. The fact that FDA recalled it and big sellers do not put it on their shelves pretty much says it all. While the company still claims that the product is safe, there must have been something that forced FDA’s hand to put it off the market in 2013. There are several others fat burners available in the market without such a bad history that you can use.

If you are wondering, then let me admit that yes, I have used this product. It was just one bottle and it was before I knew this entire history that I just mentioned above. The results were just mediocre. There is nothing really great about OxyElite and I would rather use some other. There was definitely an increase in energy levels and it did help suppress appetite but the overall fat loss was barely noticeable. It may just work for anyone highly overweight if mixed with proper diet and workouts but if you are someone like me, trying to lose the last few pounds of fat from the waist, then you are better off using some other product.
